Upcoming Certification Courses
Intensive Mat-Plus™ (IMP)
This course is aimed for individuals who are already engaged in the fields of fitness or movement, as well as those seeking to enhance their personal practice. Conducted over 2 weeks, this course builds your knowledge by teaching you how to design and lead the Level 1 Essential and Intermediate STOTT PILATES Matwork repertoire, for personal or group training settings for a range of clients. You will leave with a solid foundation and required skills to develop effective and motivating Pilates Matwork programs.

STOTT Pilates students can take advantage of the Student Pass.
DATES: September 18th - 21st & 25th - 28th, 2025
DATES: January 29th - February 1st & February 4th - 8th, 2026
SCHEDULE: Thursday 12 - 5:30pm, Friday 1 - 6:30pm, Saturday + Sunday 9 - 2:30pm
PREREQUISITE REQUIREMENTS:
Functional Anatomy or working knowledge of functional anatomy. Minimum of 30 hours participation in pilates classes/workouts.
TUITION & DEPOSIT
Full Tuition: $2500 + tax
Deposit: 20% of full tuition
Tuition fees include required materials, digital video access, and manuals prior to the full tuition due date. After the due date, students will need to purchase these required materials, digital videos, and manuals separately.

Advanced Matwork (AM)
This one-day, six-hour course builds on the Matwork repertoire by introducing more advanced exercises designed to challenge strength, balance, and coordination. Ideal for instructors working with highly conditioned clients, this certification expands your toolbox with dynamic movements that demand control, precision, and flow. Students will leave with a deeper understanding of how to progress clients safely and effectively into higher-level matwork.

Intensive Reformer (IR)
This course is intended for those already working in the fields of fitness or movement, as well as those who would like to expand their own personal practice. Upon completion, you’ll possess a strong foundation and the necessary skills to create impactful and motivating Pilates Reformer programs.

Workshops
STOTT Pilates introductory and continuing education workshops can supplement your current instructor training and programming, and enhance your knowledge base. You do not need to be a STOTT Pilates certified instructor to participate. Workshops cover everything from the fundamentals, sports and athletic conditioning, to rehabilitation and special populations.

Intro Series: The Reformer
Ever wondered what Reformer Pilates was all about? Or maybe you are looking to refresh or refine the basics? Intro Series: The Reformer is the place for you! In this two-part series, we will review the pieces of the reformer and how to set it up. You will also learn (or review!) the foundational exercises you will see in the Essential class, including how to perform the exercise and spring/resistance options. This class will help you gain more comfortability with the reformer and movements to help you feel confident to sign up and walk into an Essential class.
When: Saturday, September 6th and 13th, or October 4th and 11th

Intro Series: The Tower and Chair
Ever wondered what the Tower and Pilates Chair was all about? Or maybe you are looking to refresh or refine the basics? Intro Series: The Tower and Chair is the place for you! In this two-part series, we will review the pieces of the tower and how to set it up in week 1. You will also learn (or review!) the foundational exercises you will see in the Mat/Tower class, including how to perform the exercise and spring/resistance options. Week 2 we will focus on the chair, the pieces of the chair, the exercises you will see in an Essential class, and how to adjust the springs. This series will help you gain more comfortability with the tower and chair, along with the movements to help you feel confident to sign up and walk into a class.
