Athletic Power

This 50-minute "Athletic Power" class is a high-intensity reformer-based workout designed for athletes and experienced movers who are ready to be challenged. Expect cardio-forward intervals, explosive power sequences, and strength-driven work across a dynamic mix of equipment all rooted in STOTT Pilates® principles that support injury prevention and long-term performance and endurance. Each class is customized by the instructor to meet the demands of the group.

This class is intended for those already working at an intermediate level or beyond. A strong Pilates and/or athletic foundation is required.
