Sculpt & Flow

This 50-minute "Flow & Sculpt" class brings a dance-inspired rhythm to the reformer, blending fluid, expressive movement with full-body sculpting work. Rooted in STOTT Pilates® principles, this class weaves together graceful sequencing, low-impact toning, and strength-driven exercises across the reformer and a dynamic mix of equipment, such as the Chair, Tower, and various props. Expect to move with intention and musicality as you lengthen, tone, and strengthen from head to toe. Each class is customized by the instructor to suit the needs of the group.

This class is beginner-friendly and welcoming to newcomers, no dance or Pilates experience required. Just bring a willingness to move and have fun.
