Rise & Sculpt

This 50-minute "Rise & Sculpt" class is an energizing early morning workout designed to wake up the body and set the tone for your day. Combining full-body sculpting, low-impact toning, and strength and cardio elements, this class delivers a balanced and effective session rooted in STOTT Pilates® principles. Expect dynamic reformer-based work alongside a varied mix of equipment such as the Chair, Tower, and various props, all thoughtfully sequenced to build lean strength and leave you feeling refreshed. Each class is customized by the instructor to meet the needs of the group.

This class is welcoming to all levels, whether you're just beginning your Pilates journey or looking for a consistent and rewarding morning practice.
