This 50-minute “Mat / Mobility” class is designed as the weekend reset. Expect a class that blends Pilates matwork with focused mobility work for a well-rounded practice that leaves you feeling open, strong, and re-energized. Each session will help release tension, improve flexibility, and support functional movement so you walk away moving with more ease in both your workouts and daily life.
