Strength Flow

This 50-minute "Strength Flow" class builds on your mat foundations, bringing greater athletic energy and challenge to your Pilates practice. A dynamic, full-body matwork class, it draws on a variety of props to amplify strength, endurance, and coordination. Flow through sequences that are rhythm-driven and intentional. You will enjoy intelligent progressions, energized movement, and the rewarding feeling of doing a full-body workout that enhances your strength, flexibility, and overall Pilates experience.*

We recommend completing at least 5 Mat Flow classes before moving into Strength Flow.
