Mat Flow

This 50-minute “Mat Flow” class is an energizing, full-body Pilates workout designed to build strength, flexibility, coordination, and muscular endurance while keeping a strong emphasis on mat-based work. Rooted in STOTT Pilates® principles, this class blends dynamic sequencing with the thoughtful use of the tower springs and a variety of props to add support, challenge, and variety throughout the session.

Expect a balanced and engaging flow that is adaptable for all levels, offering clear options to modify or intensify as needed. Each class is intelligently sequenced by the instructor to support alignment, core connection, and movement quality while keeping the practice fresh and accessible.
