SSP Essential

This 50-minute “Essential” class is an approachable class suitable for both newcomers and experienced Pilates practitioners. It focuses on the fundamentals, emphasizing technique and the 7 core Pilates principles to ensure a deep understanding within your own body. Participants will engage in a variety of exercises utilizing the mat, barrels, tower, and reformer work. Each class is customized by the instructor to suit the need of the class. This class is a mandatory prerequisite before advancing to SSP Intermediate.
