Mat Flow
This 50-minute “Mat Flow” class is an energizing, full-body Pilates workout designed to build strength, flexibility, coordination, and muscular endurance while keeping a strong emphasis on mat-based work. Rooted in STOTT Pilates® principles, this class blends dynamic sequencing with the thoughtful use of the tower springs and a variety of props to add support, challenge, and variety throughout the session.
Expect a balanced and engaging flow that is adaptable for all levels, offering clear options to modify or intensify as needed. Each class is intelligently sequenced by the instructor to support alignment, core connection, and movement quality while keeping the practice fresh and accessible.

Strength Flow
This 50-minute "Strength Flow" class builds on your mat foundations, bringing greater athletic energy and challenge to your Pilates practice. A dynamic, full-body matwork class, it draws on a variety of props to amplify strength, endurance, and coordination. Flow through sequences that are rhythm-driven and intentional. You will enjoy intelligent progressions, energized movement, and the rewarding feeling of doing a full-body workout that enhances your strength, flexibility, and overall Pilates experience.*

SSP Essential
This 50-minute “Essential” class is an approachable class suitable for both newcomers and experienced Pilates practitioners. It focuses on the fundamentals, emphasizing technique and the 7 core Pilates principles to ensure a deep understanding within your own body. Participants will engage in a variety of exercises utilizing the mat, barrels, tower, and reformer work. Each class is customized by the instructor to suit the need of the class. This class is a mandatory prerequisite before advancing to SSP Intermediate. *

SSP Intermediate
This 50-minute “Intermediate” class is designed for those who have mastered the fundamentals and seek a higher level of challenge for both body and mind. Expect dynamic exercises and transitions across the mat, barrels, tower, and reformer. Each class is customized by the instructor to suit the need of the class. Completion of at least 10 SSP Essential classes is recommended. *

Rise & Sculpt
This 50-minute "Rise & Sculpt" class is an energizing early morning workout designed to wake up the body and set the tone for your day. Combining full-body sculpting, low-impact toning, and strength and cardio elements, this class delivers a balanced and effective session rooted in STOTT Pilates® principles. Expect dynamic reformer-based work alongside a varied mix of equipment such as the Chair, Tower, and various props, all thoughtfully sequenced to build lean strength and leave you feeling refreshed. Each class is customized by the instructor to meet the needs of the group.
This class is welcoming to all levels, whether you're just beginning your Pilates journey or looking for a consistent and rewarding morning practice.

Sculpt & Flow
This 50-minute "Sculpt & Flow" class brings a dance-inspired rhythm to the reformer, blending fluid, expressive movement with full-body sculpting work. Rooted in STOTT Pilates® principles, this class weaves together graceful sequencing, low-impact toning, and strength-driven exercises across the reformer and a dynamic mix of equipment, such as the Chair, Tower, and various props. Expect to move with intention and musicality as you lengthen, tone, and strengthen from head to toe. Each class is customized by the instructor to suit the needs of the group.
This class is beginner-friendly and welcoming to newcomers, no dance or Pilates experience required. Just bring a willingness to move and have fun.

Athletic Power
This 50-minute "Athletic Power" class is a high-intensity reformer-based workout designed for athletes and experienced movers who are ready to be challenged. Expect cardio-forward intervals, explosive power sequences, and strength-driven work across a dynamic mix of equipment all rooted in STOTT Pilates® principles that support injury prevention and long-term performance and endurance. Each class is customized by the instructor to meet the demands of the group.
This class is intended for those already working at an intermediate level or beyond. A strong Pilates and/or athletic foundation is required.
