SSP Essential
This 50-minute “Essential” class is an approachable class suitable for both newcomers and experienced Pilates practitioners. It focuses on the fundamentals, emphasizing technique and the 7 core Pilates principles to ensure a deep understanding within your own body. Participants will engage in a variety of exercises utilizing the mat, barrels, tower, and reformer work. Each class is customized by the instructor to suit the need of the class. This class is a mandatory prerequisite before advancing to SSP Intermediate. *

SSP Intermediate
This 50-minute “Intermediate” class is designed for those who have mastered the fundamentals and seek a higher level of challenge for both body and mind. Expect dynamic exercises and transitions across the mat, barrels, tower, and reformer. Each class is customized by the instructor to suit the need of the class. Completion of at least 10 SSP Essential classes is recommended. *

Mat / Tower
This 50-minute “Mat / Tower” class is designed for individuals seeking to build strength, flexibility, and muscular endurance. Great for beginners, this robust class combines elements of matwork with the tower springs for a challenging yet adaptable workout. Just like our reformer classes, you’ll enjoy a full-body workout that enhances your strength, flexibility, and overall Pilates experience.*

Stability Chair Flow
The 50-minute “Stability Chair Flow” is designed for individuals seeking a full-body toning experience. This class enhances balance and coordination by challenging all muscle groups with a dynamic blend of bodyweight and spring resistance. Participants will progress through sequences that intensify using multi-level springs, improving rotational ability, muscular endurance and strength, while incorporating the body's long fascial lines. Completion of The Foundations and at least two SSP Essential classes is recommended before joining this class.*

Cardio-Tramp® / Jumpboard
This 50-minute “Cardio-Tramp® / Jumpboard” class is crafted for those seeking a fun, upbeat, and high-paced workout. Expect 30 minutes of movements designed to spike your heart rate for an invigorating cardio effect. The remaining 20 minutes are dedicated to core and strength work, followed by a refreshing cool-down sequence. Completion of The Foundations and at least three SSP Essential classes is recommended before joining this class.*
